Welcome to Atelo Sites, a service by Atelo Group. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our Services
Atelo Sites provides website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services for dry-cleaning businesses.
Pricing and Subscription
The first month costs $145, including website creation, setup, and the first month of service.
After the first month, the service automatically renews at $45 per month.
The ongoing subscription covers domain registration and renewal, hosting, website management, routine maintenance, and minor updates.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Upon cancellation, your website will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
After that period ends, your website will be taken offline and will no longer be accessible through Atelo Sites hosting.
The website design, code, and hosting setup are not transferred to customers upon cancellation.
Website Content
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information and having permission to use any supplied logos, photographs, or other content.
Service Availability
We work to keep websites functional and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
